Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Soak the linseed in water for 15 minutes until it forms a gel.
Beat all ingredients in a blender, including the gel that formed in linseed water, except guava, cornmeal, baking powder, and coconut.
Combine the baking powder and coconut.
Coat the guava cubes in the cornmeal. Spread over the batter.
Take to a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
If you want a sweeter cake, you can make a syrup with the guava and pour over the cake after unmolding.
