Preparation:
Allow the linseed to soak at the cold water for 15 minutes. Then strain this mixture to use the gel formed.
Add to the other ingredients and beat everything in a blender, mixer, or even by hand.
Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat, brush lightly with oil scoop batter.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly and edges are dry. With a wide spatula, turn; cook 2 minutes more or until golden.
