DELICIOUS FLUFFY PANCAKES – IBY ORIGINAL, VANILLA OR COCONUT

1 colher (sopa) de linhaça

3 colheres (sopa) de água

3 colheres (sopa) de bebida vegetal de Castanha do Brasil Iby: Original, Baunilha ou Coco

Sal a gosto

1 colher (sopa) de farinha de arroz

1 colher (sopa) de polvilho

Preparation method

Preparation:

Allow the linseed to soak at the cold water for 15 minutes. Then strain this mixture to use the gel formed.

Add to the other ingredients and beat everything in a blender, mixer, or even by hand.

Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat, brush lightly with oil scoop batter.

Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly and edges are dry. With a wide spatula, turn; cook 2 minutes more or until golden.
